The vintage “Assemblage” 2009 presents a harmonious balance between generous aromas of almonds, fresh fruits and notes of spices.

Bright-looking, yellow gold, indicating a generous wine. Very thin bubbles, of a lively effervescence.

The nose is broad, generous, marked by a powerful vitality. Primary aromas of cherries, mixed with small red fruits and wrapped in ripe citrus notes.

In the mouth, there is an animated attack whose generosity is used, bringing with it an amazing energy. A profusion of spices and notes of ripe fruits mixed with fresh almonds and wild strawberries.
