On the nose, primary notes of white fruits and fresh almond, generous but not opulent. Here are chocolate and toast aromas with fresh raspberry, star anise and candied chestnuts.

As for the palate, the attack is lively and rich, blooming generously on the palate. The same aromatic richness promised in the nose is found on the palate. The texture is lively and carved, with saline notes and a very long and persistent finish.
