The Bruno Paillard Premiere Cuvee is a champagne with a golden straw tone reveals the high presence of chardonnay and the exclusive use of the first pressing. The fine bubbles are due to a careful selection of the best grapes, with perfectly controlled temperature in the cellar and very prolonged aging.
In the nose the primary aromas reveal the citrus of Chardonnay: lime and grapefruit. Then appear the red fruit aromas of Pinot Noir: blackcurrant, raspberry, morello cherries.
On the palate, it is lively and vivacious, thanks to a low dosage, the aromas in the nose echo in the mouth. Primary flavors of citrus fruits, almonds and toasted bread, soon accompanied by currant jam, but also dark fruits such as cherry, fig and blackberry.
