McQueen and The Violet Fog Gin

A Gin with aromas and flavors of cucumber ice cream, pink pepper, grapefruit peel, freesia and pineapple notes with a velvety body.

Vibrant, fruity from light to medium and an elegant and tinted finish from medium to long that reveals a touch of paradise seeds, candied ginger, bay leaf and green pepper.

On the palate, this gin is much brighter than expected, with notes of citrus fruits and apple butter at the beginning. Then a light touch of basil, rosemary, fennel seed, Filipina lime, anise and acai berry.

The end fuses this more fruity character with the initial notes of earth and juniper, moving to a balanced but slightly tasty conclusion.
