Paul Jaboulet Aîné Parallele 45 Blanc Bio

The white Paul Jaboulet is a wine of a golden greenish color almost yellowish in the glass and exposes accessible aromas of pear and lime.

It has a combination of “outdoor” smells: fresh air, daisies, honeycomb, wet grass.

On the palate, it reflects similar flavors in a leaner way, with crystalline citrus, honey, acidity and a limestone mineral finish.
