With a mineral character in balance with discrete notes of exotic fruits and citrus, orange peel, in perfect balance with suggestive notes of toasted French barrel that give it great aromatic complexity.

In the mouth shows a lot of volume and freshness, with a very long finish with very lively natural acidity.
