Description
The grapes that make up the Paul Jaboulet Aîné Hermitage La Petite Chapelle wine come from the different portions of the properties, located on the hill of the Hermitage, being vinified separately until the final assembly, which takes place one year after harvest. From there are developed the 2 distinct cuvées of Hermitage, one of which this “second vin” of the mythical La Chapelle.
In an almost black robe, with a beautiful glow. The nose is intense and offers notes of sweet spices and pepper, flowers and fruit jams. The palate is powerful and balanced, where tannins are present but flexible.
