Champagne Collet Cuvée N21, the centenary edition of Maison Collet, made from a blend of 21 of the best cuvées since 1961. Aged for seven years in centuries-old chalk cellars, Nº21 comes from Grand and Premier cru vineyards that reflect the diversity of the Champagne region’s terroirs, with complex aromas of acacia, honey and fresh butter, very fine and elegant bubbles that reflect the specificity of the House’s style.
