Domaines Ott Château de Selle Rosé 2018 – 75cl

Château de Selle Rosé combines several grape varieties from the Côtes de Provence appellation, including mostly Grenache, creating the delicate color and vinous character. The Cinsault adds softness, and where the Syrah and Mourvèdre bring the fruit. This pale pink wine with golden nuances releases fragrances of citrus fruits and orchard flowers wrapped in spices. On the palate, the immediate effect is elegant and open, developing subtle aromas with a hint of lemon before a sweet finish of attractive length.
